Yahoo Messenger Automaticaly Close When I Press Enter After Giving Id Or Password

i have big problem i open my messenger and give my id and password and after giving id or password when i press enter or click on sign in button my messenger just totaly vanished on desktop or taskbar i re install 30 to 40 time all version but nothing happen i remove messenger catche in programm file i have kaspersky 7.0 i use full system scan kasper detected some viruses i deleted them all and i also use sdfix and combo fix but nothing happen please please help me :thumbsup:

Hi Zombiee

first i open my yahoo messenger and give my id and password and click on sign in button
after click on sign in button messenger is totaly vanished and then i cheq Task Manager There yahoo messenger procces not show

Try downloading the stable version from here

You see, beta's have lots of bugs that need fixes and I don't suggest running them.

hi Zombiee

i download super spyware remover and run and scan its detected some trojan and delete them all
after i full system scan with kaspersky antivirus its detected some trojan and delete them all
after scan i clear catche cokies and delete files from drive c and restart pc
and download yahoo messenger 8.1 and its runnig :thumbsup:

yahoo messenger automaticaly close problem solve but i have facing 2nd probem when i give my id and password yahoo messenger get hangged and the error messege show

:thumbsup: Wanna know something very embarrasing and funny (at my expense) neither do I..
I thought they wern't this complicated.. Okay I was thinking of the event viewer.

Start > All programs > Admininstrative Tools > Event Viewer

Look in the Applications section of the event viewer and see if you can see a warning or error from around the time you got the Dr Watson message.
Double click it and give me the details :flowers:

Have you tried opening yahoo again? because if it was just an application hang theres a good chance it isn't going to happen again?

ya i open my yahoo messenger 70 to 100 times,but always its hang on when i log in and and when i open yahoo messenger first time afteron pc start its vanished i open messenger again and give my id and password and i click on sign in but its hang nothing response ..after hang just i open task manager there show two new task 1 drwtsn32.exe 2 yahoo messenger .....yahoo messenger close when end proccess drwtsn32.exe anf yahoomessenger....i tried again open messenger but same problem facing on me.

Have you tried reinstalling yahoo?
