Can anyone tell me how I can get rid of internat.exe? Everytime I delete it, it keeps bringing itself back!

Well Cosmo internat.exe is part of the Windows operating system which is installed by Windows. You haven't said which OS you are using. I use Win98SE and I have internat.exe in the Win\Sys folder. Its the Keyboard Language Indicator Applet.

Exactly what type of problems will occur if it's gone?

It is not recommended to terminate the service
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/filedb/int....exe-31918.html

internat.exe runs at startup and loads input locales specified by the user. The locales to be loaded are taken from the HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Keyboard Layout\Preload
