Do you have your windows installation disk? We do not need it to reinstall windows, but we do it install paint.

There is also a free, open source alternative that many prefer over MS Paint

Have you tried going to Start...Run...and typing in "mspaint" (without the quotes) and press Enter?
If Paint doesn't open, what is the error message that you receive?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
