I have Windows Vista on my new laptop. Yesterday it randomly connected to the internet but said it was connected with Limited Access. I can not get on the internet and I have tried everything to fix it. Nothing is working.

If you could help me that would be great. The sooner the better. My school work is on this computer and I need the internet. Thank you!

I had this problem with my laptop a few months ago.

Give your ISP a call. It is most definatly something on their part.
