I have a SMC Cable Modem/Router which works fine and acts as a DHCP server. I currently have a wireless linksys connected to it, which right now acts as just a switch. When i turn off DHCP on the SMC, connect it via WAN port on Linksys and turn on DHCP on linksys I get no internet to any pc's. It appears that the SMC will only hand out web traffic if it acts as the DHCP server. Which i don't want.
I have tried almost all configurations i can imagine. Is it possible that i need to clone the mac address of one of my pc's on the linksys?
