Just since last night or this morning I noticed that I am getting pop ups from fc.pc-on-internet.com. I tried running Spybot, and that didn't remove the problem, from what I can tell. I am running Windows Vista.

I may have answered my own question here. I found this site:

That offers an uninstall of their "Favorit contextual advertising component" Since running the uninstall, no more pop-ups (at least yet).
