Are there any free software or reg-hack that will allow me to block certain domain/url from IE?

For example, lets say that I don't want anyone using my computer to go to AOL. Is there any way to prevent people from opening link like www.aol.com/~yada or any www.aol.com?

Thanks in advance for your help.
