Everytime I go to control panel and try to access add/delete software this error pops up.

Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe'. Make sure you type the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click search.

Then I do so and it stops running after one minute.

Have you tried doing a System Restore?

Start> All programs> Accessories> System Tools> System Restore.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.

I've missplaced my Windows XP CD and cannot do it the correct way. Is there anyway I can download the CD on some website?
