never had this problem until recently.
i'll be on a site @ want to look @ a video file/clip.
so i click on it to open it.
when i did this previously, the WMP would open up,start to buffer,& play the clip.
now when i do this,i get a dark screen with a 'no video' message in the middle of the screen.
after about 10 secs,the file/clip opens up,& plays in the WMP 11.
i've reinstalled WMP 11,downloaded the codecs etc,but still no joy.
would appreciate any help.

The "No Video" is probably just the video loading. It might say No Video because it hasn't found one and then it egts it at the last moment. Does it do this with any other videos?

If it's a viral video site like Youtube, it's more likely that you need to update Flash. They don't use Windows Media. If you're not sure, it's best to post a link to the site so we can take a look at it.
