Thanks for reading this. I hope you can help.

I have done all the prerequisites...

Cleaned out cache and all temp files

scanned with Ad-Aware and spybot

Ran Housecall, Panda and Bit defender

Ran McAfee Avert Stinger

Ran Norton and Spy Sweeper (that is what I use)

I am running Win XP Pro on AMD 64 +4400

I have red X in task bar that says I am infected (balloon that keeps popping up) When I click the red circled X I get error...""winivstr.exe - application error...This application failed to initialize properly (0x0000005)""

Hijack this log below.

I have removed the virus.

After noticing how over whelmed you guys were, I did a little reading into how to read Hijack files. After some review, I was able to see that Hijack found Braviax.exe.

A little research into that led me to SDfix which seems to have removed the virus and the pain in the but red cicled X in the task bar. It also found and removed these...

C:\WINDOWS\system32\braviax.exe - Deleted
C:\WINDOWS\system32\crm.dll - Deleted
C:\WINDOWS\system32\winivstr.exe - Deleted

Hopefully it is removed for good! If I have any further reoccurances I will be sure to post. So for now you guys have one less person to help.
