I just reformatted my computer, and tried to reinstall Netgear WG311T onto my computer.

After completing the Smart Wizard, the directions said to turn off your computer, attach the WG311T adapter into the computer and when you restart the directions will automatically pop up on the screen with further directions.

However, when i restarted the computer, nothing came up, and when I re-clicked the smart wizard, the mouse would turn into a hourglass like its about to open something, but it never does.

I'm not sure whats wrong!!! I uninstalled/reinstalled this procedure 30-40 times and nothing ever happenss!!! PLease Help!!!

Is it recognized in Device Manager? Expand the +'s and look for any yellow exclamation points

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
