Intro/dll Problem

Uh hi, im a new user and i was actually referred here from a windows help forum. when i boot up, my computer opens a dialogue box that reads, "Error loading C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\efcax.dll". could anybody help me get rid of this because i think it is causing my computer to close my control panel and explorer window every time i try to open them. any help would be greatly appreciated.
