Hello to all again,

I have been delving in this problem for a while now and have not been able to come up with any solutions. Hope you can help.

I am currently running the latest updated version of Nero 7. The problem occurs when I go to watch a movie using Nero Show Time. Whilst the DVD is playing, a message pops up;

"Unable to read part of a file on the DVD. Playback may be affected."

OK, now once this pops up, the movie is affected greatly. It hesitates, stops and starts, not to mention the pixelating (if this is not a word, it is now). When this happens, all buttons on the player are useless. This happens with hired DVD and pirated DVD.

I have un-installed using the clean removal tool and re-installed, but have had no luck. The DVD works well through Windows Media Player.

Any help as always is greatly appreciated.
