Hi and welcom to this sitePosted Image

lets see what we CAN do to help

can yu please tell us which windows version is on the computer?

if you have not already done so, can you please run two FREE scans ; these MAY take several hours to run ON full deep scans so be prepared
super antispyware
http://www.superantispyware.com/superantis...efreevspro.html

its exe is http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfi...ANTISPYWAREFREE

and
http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/
asquared

ts free exe is http://download6.emsisoft.com/a2FreeSetup.exe

I suggest if you have not already got one ,you create a folder in MY Documents and call it Downloads

into that new folder you then save the exe's of the programs so you know where to find them

please download and install each program; fully update each , which may require several reboots ; be aware that super antispyware will present you with a 'splash' screen, this is quite normal

once both programs are fully updated please reboot into safe mode and run each on a full deep scan

when you have completed the scans they will produce 'reports'

could you please copy and paste each report into this thread for the Team to evaluate?
( you will need to reboot into normal mode to get back on line )
to ensure super antispyware holds the log for you , open the program , go to preferences tab, logs tab,at the bottom please TICK the box to' keep a detailed log of scanning results '

when the scan is completed, open this section , highlight the specific log for us and click 'view log'; the log will be presented in a notepad form ; please copy and paste the entire report into this thread

asquared too will produce a report, when you ask that program to 'save the report' you should too be able to copy and paste that report in here

IF the computer will let you please also try an on line scan from Trend http://housecall.trendmicro.com/uk/ which needs to be done ON line

please allow the computer to load the definitions what may take a wee while, then let the program run UNINTERRUPTED

please let us know what these three scans find ?
