I set it to run at the next reboot. I came back to it after it finished and it had booted normaly. I looked for a .log or a .txt in the root directory and in windows. Does that mean no errors were found, or is it hiding from me? Maybe I'm having a duh moment.

It doesn't produce a log per se, but there is information listed in the Event Viewer in the System section. To see the information, right click on the entry, then click on Properties. There may be more than one relevant entry. You can use the up and down arrows on the window that pops up when clicking on Properties to go up and down the list of entries.
