Hi, I need some help.

Service Pack 3 keeps trying to install but it asks me for a disk related to outlook 2002 that I don't have. I never use outlook so if there's anything wrong with it, I couldn't say. I tried reinstalling but it asked for the same disk. At this point, I'm clueless.

Thanks,
Catmom

Sounds like Outlook was installed at some point in time. If you don't use it at all then you should be able to remove it. Have you tried just removing it instead of reinstalling?

There are two SP3 update packs, one for XP and one for Office. Are you trying to download the service pack or is it doing it automatically? You say you don't use Outlook, do you use any other MS Office applications?

Hah, I never even thought of SP3 for Office. If you are trying to install that then you might be able to get away with using whatever disk you used to install Office.
