I just bought a new router and i got both pc's to connect to and communicate with each other just fine. They both also connect to the internet. While pc #1 connects to the net using as much bandwidth that it needs up to 3Mb/s, pc #2 only connects enough to slowly browse it. I can't even get a reading for it's speed due to not being able to download java for it. My internet settings on each pc are identical, at least as far as i can tell. Is it a router setting or something that restricts pc#2's bandwidth or what? the router is a linksys BEFW11s4 and both pc's are connected to it using new cat5e cables. Please Help. Thank you in advance.
