Hey all, I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium and I can't seem to turn on the Windows Firewall.
When I want to click the (On) icon, it seems to be block and there's a message at the top that says

' For your security, some settings are controlled by Group Policy'

I'm logged on as administrator.
so how do i turn it on? Thanks!
