Blue Wallpaper With Spyware Warning Every Reboot

Hi my desktop keeps changing to a blue wallpaper with a yellow box saying "Warning! spyware detected on your computer". I used XSoftspyse to delete sum trojens but the wallpaper still keeps changing on startup.Whenever i go into Windows and delete the Gif a new one just appears next start up.

Welcome to the Bleeping Computer Malware Removal Forum, sorry about the delay, but the amount of people posting with infected computers is through the roof and sometimes we can't get to logs as fast as we would like to.
