remove/uninstall all other version
except that one..another way to update
open java in control panel
click java icon...coffee cup
click update tab
click update now
it will overwrite any previous one with new update
if update or new one is available

Why on earth would you go to an outside source for Java, when it is freely available from Sun?

No.

It shouldn't cause any problems, However, if an update happens to cause a problem, then you will have nothing to roll back to if needed.

Sometimes Filehippo can have programs with malware from untrustable sources. Anyone adds them making problems... Good Site though I use the upgrade program.
