Norton 360 keeps processing a setup file that I want to use as a threat, but I trust the file. How can I stop Norton from doing this?

Hi TechieMan,

Mike from the Norton Authorized Support Team responding to your question about Norton 360.

Can you please tell me what version of Norton 360 you are using?

Also, when Norton scans this file, does it indicate the name of the infection that it believes the file is infected with?

If you could respond back with the answers, I can assist you furthur.

Thank You,
Mike
