Hi, this is a pretty bad infection. As far as I can tell, it is a version of the Windows Security Center Malware and so far everthing I have thrown at it has been batted away. SDFix, aSquared, adaware, spybot, House Call, Kaspersky Online.

Welcome to the Bleeping Computer Malware Removal Forum, sorry about the delay, but the amount of people posting with infected computers is through the roof and sometimes we can't get to logs as fast as we would like to.
