I was trying to update the USB driver. I was advised to do this because there is a yellow question mark in device manager next to Other devices 1.PCI USB 2Viatech 3038PCI to USB universal host controller .I was given something online to download. It didn't work and I messed about with it.Still didn't work. A few days later(yesterday) I put a CD in the drive , went to my computer to open it and to my horror there was no drive D(CDROM) and no drive E(DVD) I then looked atwindows explorer and found the same absence. Please help.
