I've had recent problems with adware and spyware on my PC. I ran some free tools (Adaware and Spybot S&D), and that seemed to help. Friday I ran a tool called Advanced Windows Care V.2 (something my IT expert recommended, although he hasn't used it), it also found some adware and spyware problems. However, after running it, my desktop picture and icons are in a perpetual loop of disappearing and re-appearing. Before I did anything, the active desktop error message came up, so I don't know if this tool somehow made it worse.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

I Thought Advanced Windows Care V.2 Was A Fake Anti-Virus Program, If That Doesn't Alarm You Too Much.

But, I'm Sure JacobV Could Provide Useful Info. Otherwise, I Would Just Say Check All Your Graphics Settings.
