running xp home edition, ie7 on toshiba laptop with dsl

on nearly every new web link I open I get a pop up saying

Security Warning

The current Web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?

Current site: http://127.0.0.1
Trusted site: res://ieframe.dll

then click yes or no

does not seem to matter most times if you click yes or no, sometimes page won't load completely if you click no though.

it is frustrating and irritiating and a pia...can someone tell me what it is and how to make it go away...

we recently fought a deep malware infection, which we finally got rid of following instructions from this site...many registry entries and some memory items and some files were infected...
