Svchost.exe Attempting To Delete

hi i keep getting this warning from spysweeper asking about svchost is attempting to delete tcpip another saying svchost is attempting to delete netbt i have a hjt log posted this just started and i am lost is this going to mess up my computer what do i do ? this is a vista with sp1 all the updates
