Hi Im new user,
please can any one assists me my dell laptop is not charging,
if i take my battery to another same model charging and also when takes back works.
please help

I would have to assume that it's your power adapter that plugs into the wall. Can you take the whole laptop (not just the battery) to wherever it was when you charged it before, and use their power adapter to charge your battery while it's still in your computer. If it charges that way, you know it's your power adapter
If you have access to a voltmeter you could simply check the voltage output
