Some time ago, Norton Antivirus started dectecting hundreds of bogus emails being sent every couple of seconds, I tried to fix this but I could not, so I simply turned off the email filter so that I could continue to use the computer. Now, AVG seems to be finding trojans once every hour or so, and I've noticed slowdown in my computer, and I've had to delete some things with Spybot, Ad Aware, and CWShredder. I think the problem is almost solved. I am sorry that I cannot provide any real specifics, as I do not know exactely what is happening.

Here is my Hijackthis logfile

Hello QKIQ

Please print out these instructions or copy and paste this fix into Notepad for future reference.

Can you please disable Tea-Timer

Open Spybot Search & Destroy.
In the Mode menu click "Advanced mode" if not already selected.
Choose Yes at the Warning prompt.
Expand the Tools menu.
Click Resident.
Uncheck the Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of overall system settings) active. box.
In the File menu click Exit to exit Spybot Search & Destroy.

Anti-Virus confliction
As you have AVG and Symantec anti-virus installed on this system, please note using two AV residents trying to manipulate things there will cause problems, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the one you no longer wish to keep

Open HijackThis again, select "Do a System Scan only" and place a checkmark in the boxes before the following entries:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {B09BFB8E-EE95-4B59-97EF-63240A66A2DC} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {C6AC5516-7F06-4EE1-8B4A-E3D0115D6CEA} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\ssqpq.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E9383002-FC55-4330-B9C9-67E03BC5C840} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\iifcbcc.dll (file missing)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [UserFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -u
O20 - Winlogon Notify: iifcbcc - iifcbcc.dll (file missing)

Close all other open windows and click on Fix checked, then exit HijackThis.

Please download MalwareBytes Anti-malware (MBAM) from one of the following links:
http://www.majorgeeks.com/Malwarebytes_Ant...ware_d5756.html
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

Close all programs and Windows on your computer (including this one.)
Double-click on the icon on your desktop named Download_mbam-setup.exe. This will start the installation of MBAM onto your computer.

When the installation begins, keep following the prompts in order to continue with the installation process. Do not make any changes to default settings and when the program has finished installing, make sure you leave both the Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware checked. Then click on the Finish button.
MBAM will now automatically start and you will see a message stating that you should update the program before performing a scan. As MBAM will automatically update itself after the install, you can press the OK button to close that box and you will now be at the main program.
On the Scanner tab, make sure the the Perform quick scan option is selected and then click on the Scan button to start scanning your computer.
MBAM will now start scanning your computer for malware. This process can take quite a while, so we suggest you go and do something else and periodically check on the status of the scan.

When the scan is finished a message box will appear that it has completed scanning successfully. Click OK. Now click Show Results. Make sure all entries have a checkmark at their far left. You should now click on the Remove Selected button to remove all the listed malware. MBAM will now delete all of the files and registry keys and add them to the programs quarantine.
When MBAM has finished removing the malware, it will open the scan log and display it in Notepad. Review the log as desired, and then close the Notepad window. Remember where you saved the log file, as we will want to see it later.

Please post the The MBAM results and a new HijackThis log.

Thank you.

Hello QKIQ

Sorry it took me so long to get back, I was gone for Spring Break.

No problem at all, I hope you had a nice time ..

-------------

Your log is showing signs of having Symantec-Anti-virus and also AVG7-Anti-virus software installed on this system. Using more than one Anti-virus product will cause problems, go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the one you no longer wish to keep

Next click on: Start > Run and type in services.msc Click "OK"
In the Services window look for Viewpoint Manager Service

Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Please Update Java:
Go here and download the latest version of Java:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Go to Start > Control Panel double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
Select any found and click Remove.
Then install the version you downloaded earlier.

Now let's move HijackThis into own folder
First open My Computer ( Windows key + E )
then double click on Local Disk (C:)
Once open right click and select New > Folder and Name the folder as you wish (eg: HijackThis)
Please now move HijackThis.exe from your Desktop into the new folder.

Then please rescan with HijackThis and post the new log and can you let me know of any problems

Thank you.
