I want to watch episodes of Lost on the ABC.com website, but a special video is required. I'm just wondering if it's safe to download their video player so I can watch their shows online.

They are using Adobe Flash player, version 7. That is a safe to use application.

You need a high-speed Internet (DSL, Cable Modem, T1, etc) connection in order to watch video on ABC.com. Please check to make sure that you have Flash 7.0 or above installed. After that, ensure that any pop-up or ad-blockers are turned off. You can also try to close your browser and restart the player in a new window.

That's not the player I'm referring to.
