Not that I'm buying one anytime soon, but eventually I'll be getting a HDTV and a Blu-Ray drive for my computer. Now what I will want to do is to be able to play movies as well as games on the computer to the HDTV. Besides the mess of wires, my computer will likely be in another room or too far away from the HTDV. I've been looking around and saw some routers on Newegg that claim to do the job.

Does anyone here know if they're any good? Any decrease in resolution or performance in gaming? Can I hook up my joystick to the router or would I have to buy an extra long cord? (It's a Force Feedback 2 joystick, and there's no such thing as wireless Force Feedback). I'm pretty sure a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse will do the job fine for other games.

Actually, there are some routers that have DVD players in them. Think they'll upgrade to Blu-Ray eventually?
