Hard Disk Not Shown!

hi, im new and i dont really know much about computers but recently i've transfer one of my Sata harddisk to another pc and window doesn't show..i checked it on disk management and its not even there. bios reads it but not window???? i then tried other harddisks and it still doesnt show up...whats wrong with it??

Does the other PC have the SATA drivers installed?

im not sure,,,i've added another ide drive as a slave on to it and it works fine so my guess is, it doesnt have the SATA driver installed..so where can i get the drivers????
