Every time I install a program that uses the install shield installer it errors out! Its a windows XP dell laptop with only 128 megabytes of RAM 801MHZ and thank goodness that is actually my moms laptop not mine. Also I can't defrag that laptop because I press the analyze or defrag button it doesn't do any thing and I tryed defraging from the command prompt but it says access denied on the command prompt and I am system administrator so I should be able to... never mind just some one please help me!!
