Hello there folks at BleepingComputer! I'm a new member, but not new to your forums at all. I've been using your methods and forums as a resource for quite some time now. Since I typically feel confident in my own ability to take care of my own rigs, I've never felt the need to create an account at any of the help sites. Yours, however, has changed my mind. I've seen nothing but excellent advice and aid given by ya'll, and I think I'll feel a little more comfortable knowing that when I do run into issues I can't resolve on my own, that there is a resource for me to receive aid. I am currently studying for my CompTIA A+ certification because computers are the hobby I love most and its time to turn it into a career, so any tips in that area would be great *wink, wink*.

Again, thanks to the information on this forum, many issues on my own and my family/friends/clients computers have been successfully resolved. We'd all like to say thanks!

Revenant

Knowing you have a group of people with wide ranges of experience and expertise is always comforting, given the complexity of both computers and computing.
