is the log clean?

No.

Plase uninstall from Add\Remove Programs:
Delfin Media Viewer / Promulgate

You have Messenger Plus installed. This program is known to install malware. I would advise that you remove this program from your computer.

Run HijackThis!, press Scan, and put a check mark next to all these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dvx] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe

Close all other windows and browsers, and press the Fix Checked button.

REBOOT and delete these folders, if present:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc\ <-- this folder

Run HijackThis! again and post a new log please.
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?

Disable Ad-Watch and Microsoft AntiSpyware. They will interfere with the fix.

Run HijackThis!, press Scan, and put a check mark next to all these:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\MsgPlus.exe"
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Dvx] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wsxsvc\wsxsvc.exe

These are restrictions. Leave them unchecked if these were set by you using a software like Spybot Search & Destroy, SpywareBlaster or another similar protection software, or if these were set by your system administrator.
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present
O6 - HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Restrictions present

Close all other windows and browsers, and press the Fix Checked button.

REBOOT and post a new log.

Did you disable Adwatch & Microsoft AntiSpyware ? I see you have Ad-Aware 6 & Ad-Aware SE installed. this isn not recomended. If you cannot disable them uninstall the three programs. You can install them later. Then post a new log.

Run HijackThis!, press Scan, and put a check mark next to all these:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Ad-watch] C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-aware 6\Ad-watch.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [AWMON] "C:\Program Files\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware SE Professional\Ad-Watch.exe"

Close all other windows and browsers, and press the Fix Checked button.

REBOOT and reinstall Ad-Aware SE 1.05 & MS AntiSpyware.

Post a new log please.
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?
