Virus And Malware Attack

Having problems with numerous viruses and repeated malware installation. Started out changing my desktop picture to a "Warning, computer may be infected with spyware" ad while bringing up many browsers and other things advertising spyware removal software. Also on startup, dos prompts run .dll files which seem to be trying to install viruses. I've run all pre-hijackthis log programs. Here is my Hijackthis log :
