Windows Xp/vista

I have set a home network up with windows xp on a desktop and windows vista home premium on this laptop.The thing I need help with though is the printer sharing as I haven't been able to do this and need to, can anyone in the forum please help me out please TIA

Have a look at the Accessing a Shared Printer section on the following page (about 80% of the way down):

If you're still having problems, temporarily disable any firewalls and test.

By the way, what model printer is it?
