I need a list of abbreviations in order to turn off the unnecessary things that are running and eating up my memory. Where can I get such a list?

Try a site called, answersthatwork.com. They have a pretty good list there. Also if you enter the task exactly as appears in your task manager into google, you will sometimes get the answer there. Good luck

At the top of this page, under the Discussions tab, you'll see "Startup Database ".
You can use that, also.
