I need a list of abbreviations in order to turn off the unnecessary things that are running and eating up my memory. Where can I get such a list?

Try a site called, answersthatwork.com. They have a pretty good list there. Also if you enter the task exactly as appears in your task manager into google, you will sometimes get the answer there. Good luck
