Hi Ruby and thanks.

After posting the first time I did a Google search for "Problems with Comodo" which of course came up with a whole stack of various Comodo Forum posts and was able to access the Forum Main page in this way. I have now made a new Bookmark and deleted the old one but don't understand how this happened in the first place and why if I google Comodo the first link doesn't go there but redirects to a new Google search page. It's very strange all my other bookmarks work normally only the Comodo one didn't.

if you notice; oddly , as I found, that first link despite its title DOES only go to google

maybe 'tis time to flush out and renew some 'bookmarks'?

Interesting reading here: http://forums.comodo.com/comodo_website_is...4-t20771.0.html

and a possible explanation @ post #8: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=1202477

I just came back to report that the problem had been with Comodo, but Animal beat me to it.
Thanks for the help anyway.
