Hi, you are in the right place.

Are you able to boot into safe mode.

Restart your computer. Tab the F8 key continuously after you hear the beep at startup. Your will be brought to a window to select the boot type. Use the arrow keys to choose safe mode. Then you will be prompted to select the operating system. Choose XP.

Post back with results. If you are able to boot into safe mode, please do not do anything yet.

When you tried hitting the F8, does the computer still try to boot normally? The malware should not load that early in the boot.

I would try again starting to hit F8 as soon as you power on then. If your BIOS is not functioning then... that is just really really bad.

it said in a black screen that
"Windows could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem.
Could not read from the selected boot disk. Check boot path and disk hardware.
Please check the Windows documentation about hardware configuration and your hardware reference manuals for additional information"
