I've been through a malware problem on the work computer before (which I'm working from now).
now the home computer is infected. I'm barely able to run IE for all the redirects, etc. I've downloaded combofix and
Sdfix to the desktop, but when double-clicked, It asks me if I want to run program, I click yes and nothing happens.
Very frustrated at this point.

Hello Jam3497 and welcome to BC :flowers:

Sorry about the delayed response. We are all volunteers here and sometimes things slip past us.

I've downloaded combofix and Sdfix to the desktop

Combofix and SDFix are both advanced tools. Combofix is an extremely powerful tool which should only be used when instructed to do so by someone who has been properly trained. ComboFix is intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for private use. Please read Combofix's Disclaimer. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.

In order to provide you with the proper disinfection procedures, we need more information from you.

What is your operating system: Windows XP, Vista, etc.?

What kinds of sites are you being redirected to?

Are you experiencing any other issues with your computer?

What security programs do you have installed? Please name them.
