First of all, Hello everyone!

This is my 1st post here and I am in major need of help. I currently am taking my A+ cert class and inbetween lectures we work on peoples PC's. This one person brought in a pc with the virus Adclicker.y and Adclicker.AA. We cannot figure out how to get rid of this virus, we are almost to the point of saving any important files onto another HDD and then whiping the customers. Of course this is a last resort option because we don't want the customer to lose any info at all. We dont have an internet connection for the computer and we have tried several modes of killing this virus. All failed.

Thus far we have tried PC Cillin, Norton, Command, Spybot S&D etc etc etc...
We were able to boot in safe mode w/command prompt and rename the virus' in hopes it would stop but again it keeps popping up.

ANY help at all would be more than welcome...Thank you! ^^

Try MicroSoft AntiSpyware Beta , and AVG Free Edition . Althought AVG Pro maybe a better choice since you sound like you are doing this for profit . It's what I use. Just a thought .
