I heard of NVTweak and decided to use it because I wanted to overclock my card. I downloaded the latest NVTray and enabled everything, but I don't see the option in the nVidia control panel. How can I get these options to show? I am using an XFX nVidia GeForce 8600GT graphics card.

You may need to instal coolbits this will allow you to alter certain settings in the nvidia control panel.
