My problems are, 1, when I click a link in Internet Explorer9, and Mozilla Firefox, it will not load. 2, whenever I close out Internet Explorer, it always says,"Internet Explorer needs to be closed and we are sorry for the inconvenience." But the weird thing is, that message pops up AFTER I close out Internet explorer. The biggest problem yet is opening a link in a web-page. Whenever I'm doing stuff on-line and I click a link, say for example I'm looking for a dog, and I need to click a link to get to the place to see it, it will not load, I've waited 10 minutes for it to load, and it doesn't. I've recently installed Mozilla Firefox to see if it would fix it, but Mozilla has the same problem too.

My second problem is, after i close Internet explorer, theres always a message, and if i have several windows up, it will close out all the windows, making me go back, which is really annoying.

Please help, I'm lost and don't know what to do.

Anything above IE7 must be a beta version. No telling what kinds oof bugs you'll run into like that. Since Firefox does it too, maybe your firewall settings are blocking some types of pages.

Hello ashton_r,

I see you have a HJT log posted in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum.

You shouldn't make any changes to your system, while your HJT log is posted, as that could change the results of the posted log, making it difficult to properly clean your system.
At this point, the HJT Team should be the only members that you take advice from, until they have verified your log as clean.

I'm closing this topic until you are cleared by the HJT Team.
If, after your log has been cleaned, you still need help, please PM a Moderator and we will re-open this topic.
Chaos reigns within.
Reflect, repent, and reboot.
Order shall return.
