Hello everyone, lately I've been getting a lot of choppiness while watching online flash videos. I never used to, but for about a week this has been happening.

I have the latest flash version, and I've tried reinstalling it. Any settings tips or something to help improve performance? Do I need better hardware?

Please post a link of what you are trying to watch as it might not be a Flash issue.
