i need help removing bizrate redirect. i have HJT but the log won't copy/paste on here. Can someone help?

Let's hold off on HiJack This. Those logs are handled only in the HiJack This forum and they are extremely busy right now. Let's see if we can get you disinfected in this forum. If we determine that you need to post an HJT log, we will provide you directions at that time.

In order to provide you with the proper disinfection procedures, we need more information.

What is your operating system: Windows XP, Vista, etc.?

What security programs do you have installed? Please name them. Do not include HiJack This in that list as it is a specialized tool to be used under the direction of a malware removal expert.

What alerted you to the presence of Bizrate Redirect?

What issues are you experiencing with your computer? Please describe.
