Hello and welcome to BC luckyman :flowers:

In order to assist you, we need some additional information.

What is your Operating System: Windows XP, Vista, etc.?

Do you have any security programs besides Kaspersky? If so, please name them.

My kaspersky antivirus states File contains trojan and cannot be disinfected

Please provide the file path for the file in question. An example of a file path is this: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe in which ctfmon.exe is the file, system32 is the folder it's in, WINDOWS is the folder that system32 is in, and C is the drive the WINDOWS folder is on.
