USB not working

Hi, I have a Ibm thinkpad r32, and i have the docking station for it. but i have a problem. the 2 usb ports on the back of the docking station do not work. so i have to use a ps2 ball mouse and cannot do anything with usb w/o takeing it off. can any one help?

Have you check the IBM site to see if they have drivers for the docking station . Plan 2 . Does it have a PCI expantion slot ?A 2.o PCI card is cheaper than a trip to the tech. (that may or may not fix it ) .
