Windows XP
Norton 360

I am getting several pop ups stating the following
Windows has detected an Internet attack attempt somebody is trying to infect your PC with spyware or viruses.
When I close the box several others open.
One states I have worm.win32.netsky
(I do not have the win32.netsky as I ran scans for it and also went to norton to down load the removal of the win32.netsky and it also stated I did not have it)
When I close out other boxes they take me to the Internet to download spyware removal.
When I close out of all the boxes I have what appears to be a changed desk top which is red with what appears to be all your desk top icons and on the red screen it has what appears to be a biohazard symbol.
I run webroot spysweeper and it did not recoginize a problem nor did nortons.
I contact nortons and they want to charge me $100 more over the product I already paid for. I am completely confussed, lost and aggravated. Does anyone have a clue as how I can remove what I am going to guess is a trojan of some kind. I have done searches for this biohazard spyware and the only thing could find is that it has been seen on myspace and utube attached to photos and video clips but no information as how to remove it. None the less no more myspace for the kids. I would be very grateful for any assistance.
Thank you

HERE:Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log

Prior to posting a HJT log, we ask that you please read and
follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled
Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.
Following the steps in this Guide will allow the HJT Team
to quickly help you with specific fixes for what may
remain on your system.

Please complete all the steps in the Guide.
If you have performed some of them already, then
just continue with the next. If you can't perform a step,
then skip it and continue with the next. The last step will
include downloading and using the most current version of
HijackThis if the first line of your log does not appear as follows:

Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2

Please note that it is important that HijackThis be run and a log created while in normal mode. If you run it and create your log while in safe mode, you will be asked to redo it again properly. When you have completed those steps, start a new topic in the HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal forum as directed in the Guide to post a new log.

The log should be posted in

HijackThis Logs and Malware Removal

Please DO NOT post your log to this topic, or post a log in the wrong forum.

Once that is done, a Member of the HJT Team will analyze your log and assist you with step by step instructions to clean your computer or otherwise advise what needs to be done.

Please be patient while you wait for a reply, the malware removal team is very busy and they will get to your log as soon as possible.

Thanks for your cooperation and good luck.
