Ie Open With Windows?

Does anyone know why IE would be open when windows starts?? aside from adssite search crap thats the only problem on my comp currently.

I would scan for malware

Download 'Startup Control Panel' from here: http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

Install it. run it. Check under all the tabs. Any which says 'iexplore.exe' delete it.
If it returns when you re-boot, you have malware in the registry which is restoring it.
Submit a hijackthis log to the appropriate section of the forum if that happens.
