looking to take email address book and rransfer addys onto my new pc, old one runs XP, new one runs Vista...if that matters

What program do you use (on the old computer) to view your emails?
What program do you want to use on the new, Vista computer to view your emails?
My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.

old computer Outlook Express, winXP
new computer, Windsows Mail, Vista
